Job Description
• Responsible for the oversight, design, delivery and evaluation of the clinical on-boarding and development of staff through group led and individual training and education sessions.  Determine what agencies, legislation, regulation and other market forces impact the future needs of training. Assure the development of internal trainings (what offerings, how often, provided by internal or external trainers, target employees, measuring impact, etc.)  Identify, recruit and establish a team of internal trainers that meets our needs and, in some instances, supports planned developmental opportunities. Facilitate aligning the training offerings with clinical career paths and advancement scale requirements by discipline.  Interpret data gained through quality assurance processes, for example evaluation forms and making appropriate changes to ensure fit for purpose.  Perform in Human Rights Offer capacity when needed. Work closely with Compliance & QI department in the development of the clinical medical record documentation and training requirements. Conduct quality record reviews as needed to assure compliance with documentation regulations and standards and for special requests or case conferences. Supervise clinical trainer and training administrator.

Required Education
1. Independently licensed clinician required.  2. Minimum of five years clinical experience required. 3. Previous training development and implementation required. 4. Demonstrated competence in record keeping.  5. Strong interpersonal and training skills a must.    6. Must have valid driver's license and insured auto.
