We understand how important the support of family and friends can be to patients in treatment and recovery. Your loved ones are our first priority.

Delmonico D1B, 2 (Kent Hospital Unit), Delmonico 4, Lippitt 2, and Riverview 3:

  • Visiting hours are 7 days a week from 5:00 – 7:00 pm
  • Visits are scheduled by our treatment teams at the patient’s request—we do not allow “walk-ins” or unscheduled visitors
  • A patient may have one visitor from 5:00 – 5:50 pm or 6:00 – 6:50 pm. We cannot allow visitors to switch during the hour
  • Any exceptions to these guidelines must be approved by the patient’s treatment team in advance of visiting hours
  • Each unit will allow 2-4 scheduled visitors per time block (number depends on size of unit)
  • All visitors will be screened by Security (includes canine screening), have their bags and coats stored securely, and provided with a visitor badge in the Visitor Registration Center
  • Please do not visit if: You have tested positive for COVID within the past 10 days, have been exposed to someone with cold, flu, or COVID symptoms within the past 10 days or you are sick with cold, flu, or COVID symptoms.

Inpatient Assessment Center:

Patients coming in for evaluation may have one (1) support person accompany them. However, visitors may be asked to wait in a separate area until they can meet with the clinical team based on space limitations.
