Care New England Celebrates 97 Doctors on Rhode Island Monthly’s “Top Docs 2024” List Including the Magazine Cover

(Providence, RI) -- Care New England is proud to share that 97 physicians from our health care system are named in this month’s Rhode Island Monthly “Top Docs” issue. This year’s cover features Dr. Christopher Furey, a primary care physician, highlighting the important role a PCP plays in our overall health.

“I feel incredibly honored to be recognized by my peers on this list of amazing physicians and want to recognize our amazing support staff and families that make our jobs possible,” said Christopher Furey, MD. “I also want to thank Rhode Island Monthly for highlighting the importance of family medicine and primary care to our community.”

The annual list of “Top Docs” is chosen through a physician survey across various fields of specialty, as doctors around the state choose who they would trust to care for their family and friends. Colleagues’ selections are based on expertise, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.

Care New England’s acknowledgments are in a range of specialties from Cardiology to Obstetrics and Gynecology to Colon and Rectal Surgery. Demonstrating our high standard of care crosses all areas of medicine.
